Research shows mindfulness programs and animal-assisted interactions in education settings can reduce visible signs of stress and anxiety in children by up to 30%, which means better focus, stronger peer connection, and educators who are not managing behaviour on top of everything else.
More than eighty education providers across Australia already partner with Karmably, including Griffith University, the University of Queensland, the University of Melbourne, QUT, YMCA and Catholic Early EdCare.
Choose a single program or combine three into a signature Wellness Day. Options include Kids Yoga, Pats and Play, Animal Yoga, PT Pump, and the flagship Wellness Day rotation.
- Every session is trauma-aware and neuro-inclusive by design.
- Sessions are opt-in and gently paced, so children can watch first and join when they feel ready.
- Compliance is handled for you. Blue cards, risk assessments, public liability insurance and animal welfare policies are all in place and available on request.
- Every program is built to respect duty of care, supervision ratios and inclusivity requirements.

Once you are happy, your date is locked in and everything is managed from first enquiry to final pack-down.
