Raymond Wilkinson, B. Com., LLB. (Hons), Dip. Ed., FACE
Ray Wilkinson is the Chairman of the ASCA Board of Directors. He was the principal of a Government secondary college in the metropolitan area for 8 years before being appointed to the Merit Protection Boards as the Education Department nominee. He has been a Director of ASCA and on the Committee of SCBG for 19 years.
Raymond is the Director responsible for soft drinks and ice cream.

Susan Danckert, B. A., TSTC., Grad. Dip. Ed. Admin., M. Ed.
Susan Danckert was a principal of a Catholic Secondary College in the Metropolitan area for 8 years. She has served on the Board of ASCA and the Committee of the SCBG for 7 years.
Susan is the Director responsible for small goods and confectionery.

Bernie Davern, B. Ed., (sec), Grad. Dip. Tcher. Lib., Grad. Dip. Ed .Admin., M. Ed., MACE.
Bernie Davern is the Principal of a large Government country secondary college and has been involved as a Director of ASCA and the Committee of the SCBG for 12 years.
Bernie is the Director responsible for Pies, Pasties, Bread, cakes etc.

Kate Long, B. Sc., Dip. Ed.
Kate is the Principal of a Government secondary college in the metropolitan area and she has been involved as a Director of ASCA and the Committee of the SCBG for almost 6 years.
Kate is the buyer for snack foods.
Malcolm Parris, B. Com., B. Ed.
Malcolm was the Chairman of the Board of Directors for eight years until he stepped down in February 2005. He has taught in the Government and Catholic schools at primary and secondary level, and was Deputy Principal and Registrar at Whitefriars College. Malcolm is Chairman of ASCA's Education Foundation and is member of the Board of the Manningham Charitable Trust. He has been involved with ASCA for the last 15 years. Malcolm was the Chairman of the former Schools’ Canteen Buying Group when that group became ASCA in July 2003.
Malcolm is the buyer for Milk and Milk products.

Avril Salter, HD. SAC. GRAD. DIP. ED ADMIN.
Avril Salter is a relataively new Board Member. Until recently, Avril was the Principal of a semi-rural secondary college. Her experience and knowledge is extremely beneficial to the Board.
Avril is the Director responsible for The Frozen Food & Grocery Category.
Sherril Duffy
Sherril is the newest member of the ASCA Board and is the Principal of a specialist primary school. Sherril's experience with primary schools and strong insight into the needs and issues comfronting primary schools, rounds the experience of the board.
